• No registration fee and no VAT: you pay the rent and the deposit, nothing else; as it is a lease contract, the rent is VAT-exempt.
• Monthly contract: the minimum is one month, with no lock-in. To leave, give notice by the 20th and the contract ends at the end of that month, with no penalties.
• Insurance included, with limits: your belongings are covered up to the limits set out in the contract. If what you store is worth more, it is up to you to take out additional insurance with your own insurer.
• What you cannot store: perishable goods, hazardous materials (flammable, explosive or toxic) and anything illegal. If you are unsure about a specific item, ask the team before bringing it.

How It Works, From the First Day to the Last

Booking is only the start. This is the full journey of a rental at Allstorage, explained in more detail on the How it works page:

1. Book online: choose the location and size on the Sizes page and book on the website. If you are unsure how much space you need, the team will advise you free of charge.
2. Contract and initial payment: sign the contract and make the initial payment by card or bank transfer.
3. Access code: you receive your personal code, which is also available in the Customer Area.
4. Using your unit: bring your belongings whenever you like, with 24/7 access. Every location has a lift, and transport trolleys are available to move boxes and furniture inside the building.
5. Monthly payments: from then on, rent is collected by SEPA direct debit. Invoices, contracts and any outstanding amounts are shown in the Customer Area, where you can also pay online.
6. Changing size: if you need more or less space, you can switch to another unit, subject to availability. You move your belongings from one unit to the other yourself.
7. Leaving: tell the team by the 20th (cancellation is not done in the Customer Area), empty the unit by the end of that month, and the deposit is refunded after the unit has been checked.

The team is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, and on Saturdays, 9am to 4pm; access to the units does not depend on these hours.
