What is a mini storage unit?
A mini storage unit (in Portuguese, a «mini armazém») is an individual, lockable storage space of your own inside a building with controlled access. It works like a small private warehouse, but you rent it by the month and without the costs of a traditional warehouse lease.
At Allstorage, mini storage units range from 1 m² to 50 m² and are about 2.5 to 3 m high, at sites in the city of Lisbon, in Algés and in Almada. They are used by thousands of private customers and hundreds of businesses.

How much does a mini storage unit cost in Lisbon?
It depends on the size and the site: right now there are free units from €63/month. Rent is monthly, VAT-exempt, with no entry fee and no promotions or seasonal prices. At the start you pay a deposit of one month's rent, refunded when the contract ends.
Can I rent short-term storage for just a month or two?
Yes. The minimum is 1 month and there is no lock-in: when you no longer need it, give notice by the 20th and leave at the end of that month, with no penalties. It's the usual choice for moves, renovations or time abroad.
Are mini storage units for individuals and businesses?
Yes. Individuals use them for furniture, boxes and things that don't fit at home; businesses for stock, archives, tools or equipment. The contract can be in the company's name and the monthly rent is collected by SEPA direct debit.
Can I access my unit at any time?
Yes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with your personal access code. The sites have 24-hour CCTV, lifts and trolleys to move your things. There is no parking at the facilities.
