5. Responsibility for Goods
The client is solely responsible for the stored goods, including:
- Loading and unloading;
- Preservation and packaging;
- Economic and sentimental value of goods.
The company does not guarantee the integrity of goods beyond what is contractually provided.
6. Insurance
Insurance may be included up to the limit defined in the contract. If the value of stored goods exceeds this amount, the client must take out additional insurance.

7. Access to Space
Access to the space is subject to:
- Contractual regularity;
- Compliance with payment obligations;
- Observance of internal rules.
In case of non-compliance, access may be temporarily or permanently suspended under the contractual terms.
